Desirable experience
Business immigration casework in the United Kingdom. Client licence audits are sponsored. Based on KPIs, ensure timely service delivery. Managing their caseload, assisting Assistant Managers/Managers with engagement management and maintaining good client relations are all responsibilities.
- Global Immigration – Daily case management, including monitoring and communication with overseas offices, third-party service providers and relocation firms.
- Based on KPIs, ensure timely service delivery. Managing their caseload, assisting Assistant Managers/Managers with engagement management and maintaining good client relations are all responsibilities.
- Immigration Technology – Using technology to solve client problems, improve service delivery and assist with the technology rollout to newly onboarded clients.
- Business Development – Writing Tann Law publications like flash alerts and newsletters.
- Risk Management – Assist client onboarding by providing engagement letters, risk management and contracting procedures.
- Finance – Monitoring work progress to ensure services are delivered within scope and budget.
- Debt collection and monthly billing Required abilities
- The applicant must have at least one year of experience writing Skilled Worker and ICT immigration applications and overseeing the process.
- The applicant must have experience with illegal working prevention, sponsor licence compliance, business travel and commuter transportation.
- It is advantageous to have experience preparing sponsor licence applications, sponsor change of circumstances cases and assisting clients with Home Office audits.
This is a growing team, and the position would suit an ambitious immigration consultant solicitor who can contribute to its growth. The successful candidate will be expected to participate in team and firm events, assist with internal and external presentations and write published articles.
- The successful applicant will be organised and efficient, capable of producing high-quality work within tight deadlines and not afraid to ask challenging or clarify questions.
- The successful candidate will have prior experience managing a client portfolio.

Qualifications
Tann Law Solicitors is looking for a client-facing immigration professional who is technically and interpersonally strong.
- You must be a UK-qualified solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience.
- You must be a current CILEx, SRA member.
- Your degree must be a UK degree or equivalent level 6 qualification. A CILEX level 6 qualification will count as equivalent.
